It can also be a strong starting point if routine testing has not provided the depth of information you are looking for.

These tests answer different questions.

DUTCH Complete goes beyond a single measurement of circulating hormones by looking at hormone metabolites, estrogen and androgen metabolism, and cortisol and cortisone patterns throughout the day.

The Metabolic Wellness Panel broadens the picture further by looking at areas such as blood sugar regulation, thyroid function, cardiovascular markers, inflammation, nutrient status, and other aspects of metabolic health.

Together, they allow you to look at hormone and stress patterns alongside the broader metabolic environment rather than evaluating either one in isolation.

It depends on the type of hormone therapy you use.

DUTCH Complete can provide useful information for many women using bioidentical hormones, including oral micronized progesterone and several forms of estradiol. For testosterone therapy, DUTCH Complete may be most useful alongside serum testosterone testing depending on the delivery method.

Synthetic hormones used in hormone replacement therapy or hormonal contraceptives cannot be directly measured by DUTCH Complete.

You can complete the testing, but hormonal contraceptives can limit what the sex hormone portion of DUTCH Complete can tell you.

DUTCH Complete is not designed to directly measure the synthetic hormones used in combination hormonal contraceptives or progestin-only contraceptives. However, other portions of the test can still provide information about stress and energy patterns, and the Metabolic Wellness Panel can still provide information about your broader metabolic health.

The Longevity Foundations Bundle includes two different collection methods.

DUTCH Complete is completed at home using urine samples collected according to the instructions provided with your kit. You then send your samples directly to the laboratory.

The Metabolic Wellness Panel requires a blood draw at a Labcorp location. Your lab order form is provided after your order is processed and should be taken with you to Labcorp.

Yes. Because the Metabolic Wellness Panel includes fasting insulin, glucose, lipids, and other metabolic markers, you will receive preparation instructions for your blood draw.

Follow the instructions provided with your lab order carefully so your results are as useful as possible.

Your DUTCH Complete kit includes collection instructions based on your cycle status and any hormones or supplements you are currently using.

Collection timing and medication instructions can vary, so follow the instructions included with your kit carefully.

Do not discontinue prescribed medications or hormone therapy unless directed by your prescribing healthcare professional.

Because the Longevity Foundations Bundle includes both at-home testing and a Labcorp blood draw, timing will vary slightly between the two tests.

DUTCH Complete kit delivery: Approximately 3–5 business days after your order is processed.

Lab order form: Typically available wihtin 1-2 business days after your order is processed so you can complete your blood draw at Labcorp.

Laboratory processing: Approximately 10–14 business days after the laboratory receives your samples or blood draw.

Personalized Lab Results Education Report: Approximately 3 business days after your completed results have been received by Posity Wellness.

The Cycle Clarity Bundle is available to residents of the contiguous United States, with the exception of New York, New Jersey, and Rhode Island due to state regulations.

Rather than leaving you to sort through pages of markers, graphs, and reference ranges on your own, your report helps highlight the findings and patterns that deserve your attention.

Your personalized report includes:
