Panels are organized by The Question you’re trying to Answer
Step 2. Order and test
No referral. No appointment with your doctor first. Order directly, and your order is processed through a network of physicians who enable the lab ordering process. Then test, either at an authorized LabCorp blood draw center near you or from the comfort of home.
✓
Every order is processed through Evexia’s Internal Physician Network, a network of physicians who enable the lab ordering process. No action needed on your end.
Step 3. Get your results
Once your results are ready, they’re delivered, along with your personalized lab results education report, to your personal health portal. Written in plain English for midlife women, your report helps you understand your test values and how functional ranges compare to standard lab reference ranges, so you’re not just seeing numbers, you’re seeing your story. Both are yours to keep, available immediately, and easy to share with your OB/GYN, PCP, or any functional health practitioner you choose to work with.

Result Timelines
No waiting on a doctor’s office to call you back, your results come straight to you. Most blood draw panels return from the lab in 5-10 business days, and at-home specialty kits typically take 10-14 business days. Once your results are in, your lab results education report follows within 1-3 business days, so you’re never left staring at numbers alone.

Common Questions
A few things people ask first.
Can I order if I’m on Hormone Replacement Therapy or hormonal contraceptives?
Yes, if you’re currently on hormone replacement therapy (HRT), many of our testing options are built specifically for you, since they measure your circulating hormone levels or see how your body is metabolizing your HRT. If you’re on hormonal contraceptives, most of our hormone panels are not designed to monitor contraceptive levels. However, the DUTCH Complete can still offer valuable insight into your symptoms in light of your current hormone levels while on hormonal contraceptives, so it’s the better standalone option if this applies to you, rather than one of our HRT-specific bundles.
How is this different from what my doctor orders?
Standard panels check things like cholesterol, blood sugar, and thyroid at a surface level. Functional panels go deeper, testing markers that sometimes aren’t part of routine bloodwork. This is often why you’re told everything looks “normal.” Functional labs look at how your body is processing and metabolizing hormones, not just how much it’s producing, and considers functional ranges alongside standard ones. Your personalized lab results education report is written specifically with perimenopause and menopause in mind, and every order is reviewed through our physician network, so you can get tested without waiting on a referral.
Is there a practitioner I can speak with about my results?
Posity Wellness is a self-serve testing service and does not include live 1:1 consultations. However, every order includes a written plain English lab results education report to help you understand your results. For ongoing care or treatment decisions, we recommend sharing your results and report with your primary care provider.
Is this available in all states?
Our lab services are available to residents of the continental United States, with the exception of New York, New Jersey, and Rhode Island. State regulations in these states prohibit this type of lab testing.
